Firm!
The KC is firm and folds out into the size of a twin sized bed. This is excellent for putting a sheet on for protection. My LO loves to stack and climb. We will be adding some arches. Very pleased!

Quality sofa
I am very impressed with your company. I had ordered a double sofa. After receiving the items I realized that they were defective.
